There’s definitely at least one shot of espresso in this creamy coffee ice cream. There are also dark chocolate flakes, created by pouring warm chocolate into the ice cream while it’s churning. They solidify instantly and are distributed throughout the whole batch so every bite has melt in your mouth chocolate bits. And who doesn’t love coffee and brownies? Seriously what’s wrong with people who don’t?
There are chewy brownie bites in the ice cream too. Coffee. Chocolate. Brownies. I’d call that the holy trinity …. Maybe I’ll name it that. 🤔
