A rose by any other name would taste as sweet, right?

This is an infusion of strawberry ice cream, steeped with hibiscus flowers and a touch of rose water. It has white chocolate drizzled in. It had tiny toasted vanilla meringues, but it has come to my attention that they deflated in the ice cream :( It still tastes great though!
