Meyer lemons are in season and the season is short and I LOVE THEM WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING, so I decided to swirl a bright Meyer lemon curd through a crème fraîche ice cream. Which pairs beautifully with homemade shortbread, so that’s in there too!
